Is there a free tier?
Yes. EZRA Core is free forever under MIT license. It includes health scanning, standards enforcement, decision tracking, and 41 CLI commands with zero dependencies.
How does per-user-per-month billing work?
Pro is $29 per user per month and Team is $59 per user per month. You are billed for the number of seats you provision; you can add or remove seats at any time and the next invoice is prorated.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Core to Pro or Team at any time without losing data, and you can downgrade at the end of a billing cycle. Enterprise customers get assisted migration on request.
Do you offer a self-hosted option?
Self-hosted deployment is included with the Enterprise plan, alongside SSO/SAML, custom agents, audit logging, dedicated support, and an SLA. Contact sales@ezradev.com for a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pro and Team are billed monthly in USD via Stripe and accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice (ACH or wire) on annual terms.
